Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan, the son of the late Ustad Ibrahim, sells two-sixths of a house in the Maydanshah neighborhood of Shiraz to Mashhadi Haydar the mason, the son of the late Karbalayi Husayn‘ali from Shiraz, for four hundred and fifty tumans (November 12, 1931); in a second transaction (December 5, 1931) Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan sells another one-sixth of the same house to Khanum ‘Uzma, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Kashmir, for two hundred tumans.

Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

Settlement of Raziyah Sultan Khanum and Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, 1924
On October 6 and November 5, 1924, Bibi Raziyah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi and the wife of Shaykh Zia’ al-Din ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah, settled a property near the Baghshah in Shiraz with Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, the son of Muhammad Karim the merchant from Shiraz known as Rukni, for one hundred and sixty tumans. For the first contract ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah was also present and testified.

Saltanat Khanum [Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi's wife], the daughter of Haji Mirza Muhsin the merchant from Shiraz, settles the harvest from Malali Shirazi farm in Kinarah village of Fars, excluding the khums [one-fifth tithe] of the years mentioned, to Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, the son of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi.

Settlement of Shuhrat Khanum and Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali, 1930
Shaykh Yahya Nasr al-Shari‘ah on behalf of his paternal uncle, Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali the Imam Jum‘ah of Fars, settles a house in Shiraz, which includes the building, the pool, and the garden, with Shuhrat Khanum, the wife of Muhammad Taqi, for two years. Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali the Imam Jum‘ah has confirmed the transaction on the margin.

Settlement, 1884
In September 1880, Mulla Muhammad Hadi, the son of Aqa Muhammad Mahdi, with his two brothers, Muhammad Riza Bayg and ‘Abd al-Majid, and his wife, Bibi Qamar al-Sultan, acting as witnesses, knowingly sells properties to Haji Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of Mulla Fazl‘ali, below market price. Subsequently, there is a dispute over the extent of price differential and other verbally agreed upon conditions. After much negotiation, the parties reach a settlement on 28 September 1884.

Settlement of Sakinah Bibi and Shaykh Jalal al-Din with Ghulamhusayn Bayg, 1873
Shaykh Jalal al-Din and Sakinah Bibi, the son and the wife of Haji Mirza Davud known as Nizam al-‘Ulama’, on his behalf have sold some properties including a house, located in Sar-i Bagh neighborhood of Shiraz, to Haji Ghulamhusayn Bayg, the son of Fath Allah Bayg from Shiraz, for seventeen tumans after taking into account the time the property was possessed by Mirza Muhammad Husayn and his inheritors.
